In general, your order will be shipped the following working day after receiving the full payment. To international customers outside of the EU I will send via a DHL-Express service with tracking.

Additional taxes, fees & customs in your country

The dolls are declared to the payed amount – marked as commercial items. You may be required to pay customs, import fees or taxes. It depends on regulations in your country. The price of the dolls you pay in the web shop may not be the final price. Find out in advance about the amount of customs, taxes and fees to be paid!

DHL-Express – Flatrate

  • United Kingdom: € 75,00 (estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days*)
  • USA and Europe (not EU): € 65,00
  • Kuwait, Asia and rest of the world: € 75,00 (estimated delivery time: 2-7 business days*)

Outside the EU: *Delays are not excluded; it depends on customs clearance process in your country.

Please beware: As soon as I have received your complete payment, your order will be shipped.

“Layaway”

You can also pay for a doll in stages. As soon as I receive your deposit, your order will be reserved. Depending on the credit institution, it may take up to 5 business days for your payment to be posted. I reserve your ordered items up to 7 days when you receive your payment. If your deposit has not been received by then, your order will be cancelled.

  • Step 1
    You buy the doll via “Layaway”
  • Step 2
    You transfer at least 30 percent of the sales price as the first deposit by bank transfer or Paypal. Thus the doll is reserved for you and the purchase contract is concluded
  • Step 3
    You will transfer the remaining amount on the agreed date using the same payment method as step 2 (after 30 days or after 60 days)
  • Step 4
    The doll will be sent upon full payment

 

**Two installments “Layaway”
  • At least 30 percent of the invoice amount (incl. transport) immediately after purchase
  • Remaining amount of the invoice amount within 30 days from the order date
  • Payment method: bank transfer or Paypal (contact@miki-art.com)
**Three installments “Layaway”
  • 1/3 of the invoice amount (incl. transport) immediately after the purchase
  • 1/3 of the invoice amount within 30 days from the order date
  • 1/3 of the invoice amount within 60 days from the order date
